01Registration for Participation
Submission Dates: 1 March - 30 July 2024
Participating products are required to have registered brands or possess independent intellectual property rights. Each brand can submit a maximum of 3 award categories.

1 – 15 August : Initial Review Meeting
25 August: Announcement of Initial Review Results
An expert panel composed of industry professionals from official institutions, cross-border platforms, top-selling platforms, professional media, and industry influencer will conduct initial review based on the materials provided by participating units. The initial review and discussions will take place during a closed-door session.
Decisions will be made by majority vote, with the outcome determining the shortlisted entries. These decisions are considered final and are not subject to legal challenge.
All awarded products will be showcased during the "2024 CCBEC" held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center from 11 – 13 September 2024.

03Submission of Shortlisted Products
Submission Dates: 15 - 30 August
Shortlisted products must be submitted physically along with relevant materials for final evaluation.
For products comprising multiple components or featuring multiple designs within the same category, no more than three physical samples should be provided.
*In exceptional circumstances (such as oversized entries or prototype samples), scaled models may be submitted. In cases where physical products or scaled models cannot be provided, digital materials (such as PDF posters) may be submitted for evaluation. Supplementary explanatory materials (such as instruction manuals or visual aids) may be included with the submission.
Receiving address and other details will be provided together with the shortlisting notification.

10 September: Final Review Meeting
11 September: Announcement of Final Review Results
A judging panel consisting of 10 experts from official institutions, cross-border platforms, top-selling platforms, professional media, and industry influencers will engage in focused, rigorous discussions and evaluations of the entries in a constructive manner during a closed-door session.
Decisions will be made by majority vote, and the final verdict will be binding, with no legal recourse available.
